Today marks the second year of the company. Past year has been far harder than first. 7 days workweek. Probably no day off.

Conferences and Meet ups

Participated in all the major meet ups in Kraków.

OMG KRK events, Open Coffee, Founder’s Club, Life Science Park

Pitch about Ziro and its services over 100s of times. Attended Warsaw Medical Expo.

Product

Launched Ziro Fit iOS app. Almost 100 users on platform. Collecting and improvements based on user feedback.

Archived lexity, interly, ziro notebook and entara.

Testing blueprint. pulsepitch. And new subscription based business model for ziro agency.

Clients and Work

Did numerous projects. Some bigger than six months.

Awards/ Grants/Acceleration/Media

Won 1st prize in Design+Tech Hackathon

Participated in EIT Health Bootcamp.

Got Eleven Labs grant to build ziro fit audio coach.

Got selected with an acceleration Program by KMS. Supported by Google and more partners.

Failed with number of grants and acceleration programs.

Was on first ever podcast. Big thanks to Cavendish Professionals.

The path forward

Coming year all the focus goes to scaling. 1 to global.

On July 24, 2024 I started this company formally.

Past one year I have worked most days without a day off. I rested here and there though sporadically.

The path forward

It has been really tough year. I am glad I did it. Coming year I am aiming to refine products, talk to customers, find more bigger clients, hire founding engineer and sales specialist.

It's time to build.
